Eastern Bank in Beverly, MA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a mid-sized retail banking office, driving sales, service, and daily operations. You will guide staff toward personal sales objectives and branch goals through proven coaching techniques and effective management.

Responsibilities include business development, community engagement, and collaboration with internal partners to ensure branch success, compliance, and exceptional customer experiences while fostering a positive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of training/experience.
• 2–3 years of management experience in a retail banking environment.
• Solid sales, service and leadership track record.

Responsabilités

• Manage the overall operation of a mid-sized banking office and lead branch staff toward branch goals.
• Proactively guides sales activities of staff and coaches sales/service conversations.
• Conduct business development activities including personal visits and outbound teleservicing to build commercial relationships.
• Promote the bank through community involvement and local networking.
• Ensure branch compliance with bank policies, regulations, and laws.
