Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily banking office management under the branch manager.
• Achieve personal sales goals and guide platform staff sales activities.
• Coach staff on incentive plan and business loans knowledge.
• Oversee branch operations, deposits, vaults, schedules, and opening/closing.
• Ensure audit/compliance adherence and customer service levels.
• Act as manager on duty in the branch manager's absence.
• May prepare performance appraisals for subordinates.
• Gain full understanding of teller functions.
