Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Drive individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact and coordinate with internal partners for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing, account opening, and regulatory compliance.
• Explain complex banking solutions in clear, simple terms.
• Create warm, welcoming interactions and explain products and digital tools clearly.
• Build relationships with customers and community partners to drive branch traffic.
• Protect customer confidentiality and comply with policies and security protocols.
