Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first point of contact while ensuring timely resolution with internal partners.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transactions, account openings, and policy compliance.
• Explain complex solutions in a simple, understandable way.
• Deliver the Woodforest Experience with warm, personalized customer interactions daily.
• Engage customers to understand financial needs and explain banking products and digital tools clearly.
• Support community events and branch promotions aligned with Woodforest’s mission.
