Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional client service and drive branch sales. You will educate customers on online and mobile banking, assist with transactions, and explore needs to refer to specialists as appropriate.

You will participate in leadership routines, pursue ongoing product knowledge, and maintain compliance with internal controls and policies while supporting a team-focused branch culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Attend trainings to advance product knowledge for clients.
• Adhere to controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
