Job summary

Truist in United States is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver a high-quality client experience, handle transactions, and educate clients on digital banking solutions. You will support sales efforts and participate in IRM activities while maintaining strong knowledge of branch procedures.

The role requires flexibility for scheduling, weekend hours, and potential travel for staffing needs; strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability may be required.
• Experience in client relationship building or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate handling of all transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service banking options and ATMs.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
