Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker to provide a distinctive client experience, handling transactions and guiding customers through digital banking solutions. You will participate in client outreach, assist with new accounts, and promote Truist services to meet client needs in a branch setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus a willingness to travel for staffing needs, are essential. The role supports ongoing training and adherence to policies to ensure compliant service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Basic computer applications proficiency (MS Office).
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Assist in client outreach, identify needs, and refer to branch team members.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training.
• Adhere to controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
