Job summary

Truist Wealth is recruiting for a Universal Banker to deliver a superior client experience, perform transactions, and promote Truist products and services. You will support sales efforts, educate clients on digital tools, and collaborate with branch teams to meet client needs.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel for staffing needs. Regular shifts and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience required.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and extended hours.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex transactions with guidance.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options.
• Support sales through outbound outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Continue product and knowledge training to serve clients effectively.
• Follow internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
