Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to master PC keyboard and branch software.
• Able to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and possible weekends/overtime.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transactional support.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and needs discovery.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, with workload aligned to branch needs.
