F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker in the Raleigh market to provide exceptional customer service while promoting banking products and referrals. You will greet customers, assess service needs, and drive sales through leads and outbound calls.

You will input referrals and maintain accurate data in branch systems, manage routine teller tasks, and support relationship lifecycles in line with consumer banking standards. Training may be required at various local locations.

Formación

• High school education required or GED.
• Proven customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.
• Experience in a related position is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes sales by greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Complete and manage lifecycle of new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational tasks.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Act as risk manager per the company's risk management program.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
