Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker to support consumer banking transactions, account servicing and lending. You will execute branch leads and convert transactions into qualified sales or referrals, while following core values and policies.

The role may require working at multiple market locations and travel for onboarding as needed. The position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and accurate data handling to support relationships with customers and driving

Qualifications

High School or GED required.
0 years of related experience required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services.
Ability to use a PC and job-related software.
Licensure: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identifier preferred.
Willingness to travel overnight for training.

Responsibilities

Promotes sales by identifying customer needs and leveraging leads and referrals.
Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
Meet weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
Perform routine teller transactions and other operational tasks.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and risk management guidelines.
May work at various locations within the market.
