FirstBank seeks an Area Manager to lead retail financial centers in the Murfreesboro market. You will oversee daily operations, service levels, and key customer relationships to drive growth and financial goals through strategic acquisition and service initiatives.

You will coach staff, manage deposits and loans, ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements, and promote FirstBank's high standard of customer service. Occasional market travel is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years in banking retail or lending environments.
• 3+ years in leadership roles preferred.
• Proven ability to build and deepen customer relationships.
• Experience establishing risk and control environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
