First Horizon Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager in Murfreesboro, TN to oversee sales, production, profitability, and regulatory compliance of the banking center. You will lead a team to deliver quality, timely customer service and drive business development within the local market.

The role requires strategic leadership, team coaching, and strong focus on client experience while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce knowledge.
• Background credit check and compliance with S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act requirements.

• Strategic leadership: coach, lead and manage banking center team to execute initiatives.
