Job summary

Wilson Bank & Trust in Murfreesboro, TN seeks an Office Manager to oversee budgeted loan, deposit, and income goals and to manage financials for the office. You will build relationships, originate loans, and support a team of bankers in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role reports to the Retail & Operations Manager. Candidates should have strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and a commitment to service excellence as you guide staff and engage with the local community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of retail banking experience; lending experience preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and standard software.
• Strong verbal and written communication; excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to service excellence and integrity.
• Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis; public speaking and school banking program participation required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted loan, deposit, and income goals for the office.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and lead the team.
• Develop new customer relationships through outside sales and community involvement.
• Originate loans and manage a loan portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and perform audits.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff; support with escalated issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and collaborate to meet objectives.
