Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within banking retail or lending responsibilities.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience developing customer relationships and referral sources.
• Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with area management to develop and execute financial center sales and strategies.
• Lead, coach and motivate financial center staff to achieve sales goals and customer service.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers to achieve deposit and loan goals.
