• Sales and business development: build client base and refer to business partners to expand coverage.
• Client experience: deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Team management: recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Compliance and risk management: ensure regulatory compliance and ethics training.
• Operational efficiency: monitor metrics and control expenses; address operational concerns.
