Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and organizes all branch operational and sales activities to meet customer expectations and profitability.
• Supervises branch personnel; conducts annual and quarterly reviews.
• Establishes and manages the branch loan portfolio; interviews loan applicants and makes loan decisions within authority.
• Resolves customer complaints and ensures compliance with bank policies.
• Manages branch budget and controls expenses; monitors security and internal controls.
• Trains staff and ensures adequate staffing and scheduling; approves overtime and leave.
