The role involves coaching Sales Representatives, maintaining store standards, and supporting merchandising and retail procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience in retail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and performance while managing wait times for a smooth in-store experience.
• Stay informed on products, services, and leadership practices to guide the team effectively.

• Drive financial results by monitoring performance indicators, controlling expenses, and managing discounts while upholding United Wireless policies.
