FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least six months of management experience to partner with the Store Manager and lead a team in delivering strong customer service and store performance. You will manage daily operations, train staff, and help maximize profitability.

The role offers hourly pay with commissions, a robust benefits package, Earned Wage Access, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts, with most stores opening 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday closures in

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
• Cash handling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, count cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Ensure inventory, loan management, merchandising, and reporting are managed.
• Drive profitability and maintain store standards and customer satisfaction.
