Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and partner with the Store Manager to lead a team and provide superb customer service.

The role offers an hourly wage between $20.00 and $22.00, plus an unlimited commission potential tied to productivity and a comprehensive benefits package. Stores typically operate 9 AM–6 PM, with Sundays often closed.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to supervise others and work flexibly in a retail environment.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and staff development.
• Lead customer relations and ensure a customer-centric environment.
• Open/close store and protect store assets; manage cash and loans.
