Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of six months of management experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations, recruit and develop staff, and drive customer satisfaction.

This role offers hourly pay of $16.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission, Earned Wage Access, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, health benefits, and a 401k plan. Some stores operate 9am–6pm, with Sundays closed in many locations.

• Support Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.

• Drive customer satisfaction and manage relations; oversee cash handling and POS use.
