The role offers an hourly wage with commission and bonuses based on store performance. The position requires at least six months of supervisory or key-holder experience, strong cash handling, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to supervise others and recruit top talent.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations with Store Manager support.
• Develop staff, promote customer relations, and drive sales.
• Open and close store, manage cash, protect assets.
• Monitor loans, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Achieve financial goals and communicate profits to the team.
• Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager.
