Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong supervisory and customer relations skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train and develop store staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Open/close the store, count cash, and safeguard assets.
• Manage day-to-day operations, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Support store manager in achieving financial goals and customer satisfaction.
