FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in the United States. The role pays $18.00–$21.00 per hour, plus a commission on transactions (up to 8%), with unlimited upside on earnings. Most stores operate 9 AM–6 PM, with Sundays often closed. Responsibilities include leading daily store operations, coaching staff, recruiting, and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience required; basic math and POS skills.
• Supervise and develop store staff to meet targets and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure asset protection.
• Coach and recruit store staff; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Open/close store procedures and manage cash drawers.
• Monitor loans and buy-sell processes to protect value and quality.
• Drive profitability through team leadership and performance management.
