Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to join our team. The role offers an hourly wage with commission based on productivity and a performance-based bonus.

You will manage day-to-day store operations, lead staff, recruit talent, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced pawn or jewelry retail setting. The position requires at least six months of management experience and the ability to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience required and ability to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and promote a positive environment.
• Recruit and develop store staff; manage customer relations and satisfaction.
• Open and close the store; count cash and protect assets.
• Monitor loans and buy processes; ensure profitability and standards.
• Communicate goals and provide training; uphold FirstCash standards.
