Luna Wireless is seeking an energized Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager and develop the store team for T-Mobile sales success. You will drive customer satisfaction, coach staff, and ensure the store delivers strong performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ensure customer needs are met and the experience is comfortable and simple.
• Observe Mobile Associates to support development, training, and coaching conversations.
