Job summary

Luna Wireless in the United States is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile’s customer-centric aspirations and Mobile Associate success.

You will orient Mobile Associates to the Manifesto, ensure every customer need is met with a simple, confident experience, coach performance, manage wait times, keep product knowledge current, and drive store excellence through leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Orient Mobile Associates to T-Mobile’s Manifesto and a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure every customer need is met and make the experience comfortable and simple.
• Observe interactions to support development, training and coaching conversations.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example with training and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; manage displays and promotions.
• Ensure teams are knowledgeable about store systems and communications; drive KPI-focused results.
