Luna Wireless is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading and developing the team to deliver T-Mobile’s customer-centric goals. You will drive sales performance, coach staff, and ensure an engaging in-store experience.

The role requires 1 year in customer service or retail, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and strong communication to mentor teammates while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse each store’s Mobile Assistant with passion for the brand and customer focus.
• Ensure customer needs are met and create a comfortable, simple shopping experience.
• Observe Mobile Associates’ interactions and provide feedback for coaching.
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example on product knowledge and training, ensuring monthly goals are met.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to visual standards; support Retail Procedures.
• Ensure teams know store systems and communications; contribute to financial results.
