Luna Wireless is a large Authorized T-Mobile Retailer in the US seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager and develop the store team. The role focuses on delivering customer satisfaction and achieving Mobile Associate success within a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture.

The position requires leadership, preferred 1 year in customer service or sales, and the ability to mentor teammates while staying current on products and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto and ground them to Loving Our Customers.
• Meet customer needs and ensure a simple, confident experience.
• Obtain feedback from Mobile Associates to support development and coaching conversations.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, promotions.
• Lead by example with up-to-date product knowledge and leadership practices.
• Maintain store environment quality and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards.
• Ensure teams are knowledgeable about store systems and communications; drive financial results.
