Luna Wireless is actively seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in a fast-paced T-Mobile retail environment in the United States. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and customer loyalty.

The role requires leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage a dynamic schedule including evenings and weekends. Competitive base pay with commissions and robust advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse store staff with passion for customer service.
• Ensure customer needs are met and experience is simple.
• Observe Mobile Associates and provide feedback for coaching.
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products/promotions.
• Lead by example and ensure training on time.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards.
• Ensure knowledge of store systems and drive financial results.
