Luna Wireless is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing the store team and achieving T-Mobile’s customer heart and Mobile Associate success.

You will orient and coach Mobile Assistants, ensure customer-focused service, and stay current on products, promotions, and leadership practices to drive results. This role offers growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Aufgaben

• Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto and ground them to Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and build confidence by delivering a simple, comfortable experience.
• Observe Mobile Associates’ interactions and provide feedback for coaching.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, stay updated on products, services, training, and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment quality and adhere to plan-o-gram standards with effective displays.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications; drive financial results and manage expenses.
