Gap Inc.'s Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day store operations and coach a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales, manage customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development to deliver a best‑in‑class experience for customers.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to train Leads, Experts and Brand Associates, ensure omni-channel execution, and uphold standard operating procedures while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with retail technology and metrics.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitable sales growth and store performance.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area and implement action plans for efficiency.
• Execute Service Leader duties and SOPs consistently.
• Represent the brand and engage the local community.
