Job summary

Gap Inc.'s Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales growth across customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will work with the General Manager to coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates, promoting a culture of growth, teamwork, and operational excellence across all store activities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• A high school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and results with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties as needed.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
