Gap Inc.’s Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and lead a high-performing team. You’ll drive profitable sales growth through customer-centric operations, merchandising, and talent development, partnering with the General Manager to coach Leads and Brand Associates for best-in-class experiences.

You’ll guide store strategy execution, deliver performance goals, and empower a culture of coaching, mentorship, and community involvement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer-centric operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and drive results.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOP compliance.
• Represent the brand and monitor retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and Omni-channel experience.
