You will drive profitable sales through customer care, merchandising, and talent development, while partnering with the General Manager to execute store strategy and achieve performance goals.

You will coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to build a high-performing team, ensure omni-channel execution, and maintain compliance, health and safety standards daily.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and results through customer-centric strategies.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and execute action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOP compliance.
• Represent the brand and monitor retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experiences.
• Ensure all store policies and safety standards are met.
