Job summary

Gap Inc.'s Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and bring the brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, while coaching Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience.

You will partner with the General Manager to execute the store strategy, maintain high standards, and ensure omni-channel initiatives create a frictionless shopper journey,

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• A high school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are consistently executed.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and leverage omni-channel for a frictionless customer experience.
