Old Navy is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store teams and drive profitable sales. You’ll oversee customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development in collaboration with the General Manager to meet performance goals.

You'll coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience, promote community involvement, and ensure compliance while leveraging omni-channel tools to enhance the customer journey.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as required.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer focus and operations excellence.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and execute action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and stay informed about retail landscape and competition.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all standards and policies.
