Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set store tone and lead a high-performing team. You’ll drive profitable sales through customer-centric operations, merchandising, and people development, collaborating with the General Manager to execute the store strategy.

You’ll recruit and coach Brand Associates and Experts, manage assigned areas, ensure SOP compliance, and promote a best-in-class customer experience across omni-channel touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Focus on metrics to drive store performance.
• Willingness to coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Comfort with retail technology and store operations.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the store.

Responsabilités

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and optimize processes.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Promote omni-channel experiences for a frictionless customer journey.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
