Job summary

Old Navy is hiring an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class experience for customers. You will drive profitable sales growth by overseeing customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, in collaboration with the General Manager.

You will coach Leads and Brand Associates, recruit and develop talent, and ensure SOPs are followed while embracing omni-channel strategies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and teams.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales strategies and drive results with a customer-centric approach.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
