You will coach and develop leads and brand associates to deliver exceptional service, while ensuring standards, omni-channel initiatives, and store objectives are met daily.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitable growth through operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area and implement efficiency plans.
• Ensure omni-channel execution and SOP compliance.
• Support Service Leader duties.
