Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class shopping experience. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising and talent development, partnering with the General Manager to coach Leads and Brand Associates.

You’ll recruit and develop a high-performing team, execute store strategy, and ensure compliance and omni-channel excellence in a fast-paced environment that values

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience
• Excellent communication with customers and team
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays/evenings/weekends
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Willing to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability with a customer-centric approach
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams
• Own assigned area of responsibility
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Perform Service Leader duties
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape
• Promote community involvement
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience
• Ensure all compliance standards are met
