J.Crew Factory is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in the United States. You will help drive profitability through customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement, while coaching the sales team for peak performance.

You will partner with the Store Director and ASM to adapt strategies for business success, ensure smooth operations, and lead in-store training and development as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience or equivalent leadership roles.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to coach staff.
• Ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and adapt to shifting store needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and ASM to drive profitability and brand performance.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Foster a collaborative work environment for associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
