You will collaborate with the broader leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and ensure smooth operational support as needed. This role requires 1–2 years of retail management and a passion for our brand and customers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail management experience is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong customer service mindset and brand focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts as needed.
• Foster a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team is on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connections.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles when needed.
