Collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies and ensure smooth operational support. You will oversee divisonal responsibilities, manage store operations, assist with recruiting and training, and lead efforts to exceed goals with outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Stays up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results while maximizing profitability.
• Own designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost authentic customer connections.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles when needed.
