You will collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and ensure smooth operational support as needed, overseeing store operations and team development.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and maximize profitability.
• Own designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development.
• Partner with Store Director and Associate Store Manager to create a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team is on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge for associates and elevate customer connection.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.
