J.Crew Factory is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the store leadership team. You will drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement. Provide coaching to the sales team and collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies for business success and smooth operations.

You will support budgeted goals, lead in-store events, and help recruit and train staff while ensuring outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and ASM to impact business results and profitability.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a collaborative environment.
