You will manage a designated division, lead by example on customer service, and help recruit and develop staff. The role requires energy, teamwork, and flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Must bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and Associate Store Manager to drive profitability and brand experience.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a collaborative environment.
• Ensure the team consistently delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost staff engagement.
• Create community-focused events to build loyalty.
