You will manage a designated area (visual merchandising, operations, HR, service & selling) and partner with leadership to recruit, train, and develop talent. A focus on community engagement and exceptional service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting and training.
• Partner with Store Director and Associate Store Manager to foster a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connections.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
