You’ll provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance. You will also collaborate with the rest of the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and ensure smooth operational support as needed.

• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development efforts as needed.
• Partner with leadership to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and customer connection.
• Develop community engagement strategies and events to build loyalty.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor as needed.
