You will collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and ensure smooth operational support, including hiring, training, and development as needed. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer service excellence.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Passion for our brand, customers, and teams.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results with brand connection and profitability.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Foster a collaborative working environment with the leadership team.
